The route

You start in Hamminkeln. You roll on almost continuous tarmac through a landscape of park and forest, crossing the Haffensche Landwehr and the Bislicher Ley. Along the way lie six churches — Sankt Aloysius, the Evangelische Kirche Mehr, the Trauerhalle, the Evangelische Kirche Hamminkeln, St. Mariä Himmelfahrt and the Marienkapelle. Two monuments mark the route: Helft deichen and Bahnekerl. If you fancy a break, you'll find Café Winkelmann, the Eiscafe Lisa or the Sonnenstuebchen Biergarten.
