The route
You start in Ladbergen. You cycle almost continuously on asphalt through forest, past an avenue and over five bridges: Lengericher Aa Bach, Aldruper Mühlenbach, Wechter Mühlenbach, Dortmund-Ems-Kanal and Bußmannsbach. Along the way you also cross Rehagenbach, Hierkenbach and Saerbecker Mühlenbach. The route is flat and takes you past St. Christophorus and the monument to the First Westphalian League of Cities.
