The route

You start in Veere and roll on a flat route over asphalt, concrete and cobbles. Along the way you cross the Prins Hendrikdok, the Binnenhaven and the Kanaal door Walcheren. Five mills lie on your path: De Koning, De Hoop, Brassers Molen, 't Welvaaren van Grijpskerke and De Jonge Johannes. You pass three churches and several monuments, including the Monument Nieuwe Haven and the Bevrijdingsmonument. An avenue breaks up the route. If you fancy a break, you'll find cafés like the Leescafé or HoneyPie, the ice cream parlour Cappello Giallo and also museums to visit.
